Welcome to the Recover Your Harvest website. We are a provider of services for the re-entry and recovery community.  We specialize in workforce, recovery, and re-entry training.  

We are all about GROWTH. By planting positive "seeds" of knowledge, encouragement, and accountability we promote growth in each of our clients lives. We show clients how to "recover your harvest." 

A Cleveland, Ohio-based company, Recover Your Harvest was founded by Alisa Smedley. Alisa is the child of a formerly incarcerated person and has deep insight into the barriers faced by those in recovery and re-entry.
